So fans work but no hot air? Not through any vents?
Possibly low on coolant or needs to be burped.

Does the fans work? Is there a noise when you start fans, on any setting?

If there is no noise or air it's probably a fuse gone.
    Where are you located?

Ok, had you been here I could have helped.
Check the fuses, maybe that's the issue.

    My location says Galway.

Maybe you should bring it in to a mech and ask? I'm sure there's a few around that are that would know Saabs, or at least heater fans :)

However, since you posted in DIY you should really have a go yourself.
