Hi just wondering if anyone might know what can be used to offset tax on rental property. I am a PAYE worker. My rent from tenants is not even covering the mortgage on a negative equity apartment I bought in 2008. I know I can claim 75% of mortgage interest but that still means I owe 2000€ plus and revenue back dating it. Please help.
