Hi I have a radiator in the house which is stone cold but the lock shield valve is open and roasting as is the feed pipe. The other valve (outlet) is also open.

I have bled the radiator and that is fine - no air. Any ideas.

The radiator after it in sequence is also stone cold with a hot lock shield valve.

Turn off all the other rads in the house and just leave on the 2 rads, also turn off the balance valve for the copper cylinder and then see if you get a flow through the rads

How can I identify the balance valve?

    Thanks
