combo box with pvr?

I've made the decision to get rid of sky. What is the best box to get? Does a combination box with pvr function exist?. Can't seem to find one. I realise this topic had been asked before but the most recent one I can find is 2 years old. Can the sky box and satellite be used for UK channel?

You can use your existing dish for the Free-To-Air (FTA) UK satellite channels. You will also need a conventional aerial for the Irish (Saorview) channels. There are several threads about these boxes on the terrestrial forum.
