Convert flat roof to pitched ?

Currently looking at a house, typical semi-d, however they have extended above the side attached garage. This extension currently has a flat roof. Could someone tell me a guideline price on converting this to pitched, flush into the existing roof ? thanks

Depends on the area involved. You will also have planning fees.
