I've got 7000-7500 in my head for some reason.
Could be miles out, but I think the mileage and leather would really sell it.

    35000 miles?

Is it a ES, SE or M Sport model? Is it an E9x or E46?

Wheels suggest it's a new model.

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

    '06 would be E90

Sounds like a nice, well specced and well kept car. Mileage is highly suspect though, hope you have (service) history to back it up? You say full history, how many services and was mileage recorded each time?

Reliable frugal car, but on the old tax system and nearly 10 years old. For a private sale I'd say Colm is in the ballpark here.

E46 coupe was sold upto late 2006. :)

If it was a coupe, don't you think the OP would have mentioned it? ;)

That 5 letter word would have more impact on the value of the car than anything else he mentioned, except the year.

Some people are just not car savy but anyway....:pac:

Safe to say it's an e90

From my recent personal experience, also 17" Spider Spoke 160's on a 320D E90.

Ahh yes, it's an E90, SE, Saloon.
    Updated description.

Service book is stamped all the way through by BMW Blackrock, so no discrepancies/problems there.

Except for a few minor paintwork issues, it drives and feels like new.

Closest i can see on Autotrader without leather, without sunroof, with standard wheels and with about twice the mileage is 7,500.

Have a look at the ones on donedeal.

Average price for a 2006 3-Series BMW, in a Diesel manual, is about €5800. That's based on 27 cars. But your mileage is a wayyyy below the average of 115k miles.

I would say close to 8k with those miles

I don't know about 8k a lot of people would be put off by a diesel with mileage that low imo.

Plus it's only an se 320d be mad to pay that for it.

I sold an almost identical car 9 months ago for €6,950.

    Differences:
    - 100,000 miles
    - MV2 replica alloys 19 inch
    - No sunroof
    - Not full service history.
    - Tyres needed replacing

Close to 8k will get you a '08 3-series diesel with the new low tax

    Linky

Nice car as it is, I think the OP would find it very hard to make anywhere near €8k for his nearly 10 year old car.

I'd stick it on a BMW forum for starters. I'm sure an enthusiast would love a car like this.
