I'm a full time student as well as working close enough to full time, I've just got wind of the fact I shouldn't be paying any PAYE?? I've paid nearly 700 euro this year in PAYE and would be a nice little Christmas bonus for me, if anyone could help :)

Being a student has nothing to do with you paying taxes. How much you earn and your tax status determines the taxes you pay. Are you being emergency taxed at the moment.

If you are being taxed on a normal cumulative basis and are claiming your standard tax credits then everything should be in order. Without knowing your precise circumstances I can't say for definite. Contact Revenue when you get a chance to see how exactly you are set up.
