Well, using the photo I posted in the Breakfast thread, as an individual serving, I measured out how much I used this morning.

    75g of tesco meusli*
about 40g of Flahavan's jumbo organic oats
    sliced and diced pear
about a quarter of a pomegranate which are now 49c in Dunnes.

alternate or add banana for the pear. Almonds or pecans as you like.

*Tesco crunchy oats cereal. With coconuts, sultanas and almonds.
    It has a purple wrapper.

Tesco do a very rich and sugary "maple & pecan crunch"

    http://www.tesco.ie/groceries/Product/Details/?id=258712436

I just mix it with porridge oats & milk.

The BBC Good Food website do a really good one.
    Best I've ever tasted.
Every time I make a batch it's gone in a flash.
