Issue with existing registration for deceased parent.

Hi all.
I am the executor of my late mothers will. The original water registration was in her name and I have managed to at least get that changed so that the bill now gets sent to "The representatives of Name.  However I am unable to access either the On-line system or the water conservation grant system as they don't recognise the account number or the WRPN.  

When I attempt to register online and enter the account number/WRPN I get the following error message : "No property found for WPRN and Account Number combination"

I understand that ye are under pressure at the moment but I've emailed on 3 occasions since mid September and on each occasion the only response I've received is the automated reply saying that someone will be in contact within 5 working days.  I'm still waiting.
