Suspension issue Nct failure

    Heya lads,

I failed the Nct the other day on a suspension imbalance.

The shocks are only about 2 years old and are bilstein so I'm thinking it could be the springs. Everything else is ok except maybe the top shock mount on the passenger side as I changed only one side last time I had to do that job but the other was changed with the shocks so not terribly old and not much knocking.

I can physically see one side in lower than the other and on one side I can fit two fingers on top of each other comfortable in the gaps of the coils but I can't on the other. The other weird thing I noticed is I can get the passenger wheel off the deck with my aldi jack but it doesn't go high enough to lift the driver side and I need to use the jack from the boot to get this side up.

Anyway what do you lot think? Springs? Shocks again? Or both?

    P.s it's a 1.9 tdi VW caravelle.
