It will be interesting to see how much this business was paying back to its creditors .

its the usual group of Land League, Jerry Beades, Ben Gilroy etc ... they seem to only 'support' failed developers, the likes of the Gorse Hill crew and business owners who are loosing their business due to gambling on property speculation.

It's good to note that Mr. Beades will be seeking nomination for election to the Seanad ... if interested google him and see what he is really like and his history - fairly colourful - not the swashbuckling liberator of the down trodden which he would like to portray

According to the media, Jerry Beades appears to be only interested in himself, Beades was pursued by Bank of Scotland for money loaned to him for property development and, in 2012, a judgement of €9.7 was awarded against him.

Maybe you should read the article they appear to have been using a court order from 2014 that was set aside in 2015, neither the back, security firm or Delotie would comment. Seems odd to me.

in situations like this they do usually do. The response is usally more measured and law abiding than shouting off. You will note that they did say the owners had advance warning..

Look it if you borrow money, you agreed to abide by the terms of the repayment.
