    Hi!
We are currently looking for a small fitted kitchen. We basically want
    A sink unit.
    A wall unit.
    A tall unit.
    A base unit.
    Maybe a set of drawers.
I do know their is a selection in Argos. Are these any good?
Could anybody else recommend anything else?
It basically just needs to be functional and of average enough quality.
    Thanks in advance!

if you're going to install yourself have a look at B&Q or Ikea. Get all your measurements done too so you know what you can fit where.

If the quality of Argos' bedroom drawers are anything to go by, I would avoid their kitchen units at all costs.

I would strongly recommend IKEA. Both our kitchen and utility room are from IKEA, and self fitted

I would also recommend Ikea, I had some bathroom cabinets from argos and they were crap, The ikea stuff is great value for the money and most of it comes with a 25 year guarantee.

    Thanks for the advice.
What would be the average cost for what I described above?

Woodies have kitchen and 25%off them.currently. Found them very cheap. Fitters are separate.

Thanks for that, we'll probably be fitting it ourselves.

I'd get idea ones, you can use the idea kitchen designer on a laptop and it will give you an exact price.
If you're clever about designing it and figure what you actually need, you can get it done very cheaply.

You can get black carcasses in ikea for the same price as white. They don't tend to look as cheapo in black.

B&Q are actually expensive in comparison to Woodies we found. They quoted us much higher than Woodies for essentially the same kitchen. On a side note, the door handles we wanted were 15 euro in B&Q and 5 euro in Woodies! Our kitchen also looks so much more expensive than it cost!!

Definitely go to Ikea. The quality is great for the price you pay. they also do a 3D kitchen design service that is free. I've fitted these kitchen and they are relatively straight forward
