So I have a small shop and I want to get a screen for advertising special offers.

I'm looking at getting a TV that has USB connection. I'll do up on PowerPoint save as JPEG & play as screenshow. Looks like a 40'' will cost €350

Does anyone have a better suggestion as to how I'll manage it? It has to be easy & quick, otherwise I know I won't do it!

In terms of size do you think 40" is adequate?

would you then be liable for a tv license as it is capable of receiving a tv signal?

Where are you planning to position the TV? 40 inch is probably good for about 2-3 metres from the audience you want to see it, might be worth going to 50 inch if the distance is more. PowerPoint to jpeg is probably easiest way of doing it if it's a basic.
