E -Mail settings for Android

    Can you please advise me what the incoming and outgoing settings I need to set up e-mail client on an Android mobile device

    Hi Steve F

    If you're using an eir connection then the following should be applied


    Incoming Mail Server:
    webmail.eircom.net

    Outgoing Mail Server:
    mail1.eircom.net

    If you're not using an eir connection you will need to contact the service provider you are using for their own settings.

    webmail.eircom.net

    Outgoing Mail Server:
    mail1.eircom.net

    If you're not using an eir connection you will need to contact the service provider you are using for their own settings.

    it's an eircom.net address but the network the handset is on is Three (cheeky I know) Would the settings you gave me still be correct?

    No you they would not work, You will have to contact three or search online for their recommended settings.
