I was moving my bedside table and it caused a scratch on the oakwood floor, what is the best way to remove the scratch at the moment I am thinking of using wood filler on the floor and removing excess filler with sandpaper.

Give it a wipe with white spirits, it may not be too obvious once the lacquer is cleaned.

    Wax wood repair sticks.

how to repair the scratch depends on the type of wood flooring that you have. Wax sticker are worth a try but can be a bit obvious. Laminated boards cannot be repaired. If engineered or solid wood then a board replacement might be possible or sand it down with 80 grit and then 120 grit and varnish
