Who uses a closed in buggy type 4X4 , a Gator ?

hi , I was wondering if any one uses one of those Gator or I see on done deal JCB do one too. I saw a grass topper attachments for one , would that cut rushes I wonder ? are there a few jobs that could be done with one ? a lot of money to buy but if it was used I guess it be handy for zipping about
