    Hi there,

    Newbie here!

I received a refund of PSWT in 2014 and recently completed my tax return for 2014 with what i thought would be no liability (i made a small net loss).

I received a Notice Of Amended Assessment for the refunded amount.

I am wondering if i can offset the my loss against the refunded amount and, if so, how can this be done?

    Any advice very welcome.

    Thanks.

Did you put the amount of the PSWT on the Form11?

    No, I didn't.

However, the amount of PSWT appears automatically in Panel 8 (Other credits/reliefs) as "less refunded/offset", leaving me with a balance of €2,050 liability.

    Thanks for your reply.
