    Hi,

    Thanks

Yeah it's fine. Are you using a normal liquidiser or a nutribullet/ninja? The latter are ten times more convenient.

Also don't juice. Smoothie is fine but juicing is stupid.

Blenders are nightmare to wash, is my point. The nutribullet and similar devices clip off the blade section separately and you can rinse it under the tap. No mess, no need to refrigerate.

    Dont prep.

More veg than fruit, make it at least 80% veg. Almost everything else will be sugar.

Your juicer should be able to juice a granny smith apple without chopping or any prep, if not then its for soft fruit and not a REAL juicer.

I freeze chopped banana, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, spinach and kale.
All freeze great; the banana goes a little brown but it doesn't matter when it's just for a smoothie. Handy for just grabbing a handful with no prep.

I keep beetroot in the fridge (the vacuum packed type) it lasts the week if I cover in cling film once opened. Little prep needed if you have a good blender, just cut into a few pieces - I guess you could chop and store in a Tupperware though.m

    Same with cucumber and celery.
