My mother died very suddenly during the summer and had paid her water tax.  Is it fair that her estate cannot now claim the grant?

    Hi Rochester,

Thank you for contacting us and please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of your mother.

If a person dies after making an application for the water conservation grant, and the application is successfully processed, the payment would be due to go the estate of the deceased person.

Please feel free to contact with any other queries you may have.

    Kind regards,
    Aaron
