Touch site can't remember where I was

It's been happening a long time so apologies if it's been mentioned before. On my phone, if I click a link to a thread I have been to before, but not been to for a while, it seems to ignore where I stopped reading the thread and puts me to the start. This never happens on the desktop version which can always remember where…

Is this meant to be the way it works?

Yeah, it's Touch and Talk-To, they use the same code-base, which is separate to the standard desktop site. Given that the new desktop redesign in the works uses the same code-base as well, I really hope they plan on fixing it before that goes live

Also mega annoying that there's no "next page" button on the touch site. First, last and if you want anything in between, you've to scroll through potentially hundreds of page numbers to get to it.

That's not the touch site, that's the boards app. Swipe left/right to move forward/back a page
