    Hi, I am required to register by my landlord I have send 2 emails and tried ringing like 4 times you never get through. Is there any way to get the PIN send out to me

    Hi Niall.

    I have a registration number from an irish water letter send to this house. To register I need that number and pin that came with the registration pack
    All i want is somebody to send me a new registration pack

    Irish Water are no longer issuing registration packs. The only way to register your details with Irish Water to ensure you are being billed accurately is by contacting us on 1890 448 448.

    not really, because the whole problem is that number doesn't work it just rings and rings. I can't understand why there is no other way to for people to register.

    I understand your concern and we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls due to the deadline for the Water Conservation Grant.

    Under data protection guidelines we would need verbal consent of your registration.
