Forgot Password doesn't work yet you send threatening letters

    Dear Irish Water,
    I tried logging into your website to pay my water bill 2 months ago. Your website's forgotten password page doesn't work. When I type a new password into the boxes and click on submit the password fields get erased and nothing happens.

    I tried again today, exactly the same problem with your website. I have tried multiple computers.

    I sent you an email 2 months ago explaining the problem. You never responded. Today I received a threatening letter from you through the post. Get your website fixed and respond to emails because sending such harassing letters because it makes you all look incompetent.
