Springboard course

Hi all, been out of work for 6months now,and during summer managed to get accepted into springboard course, which started couple weeks back, now while i have rough idea of the course and actually interested in the field i will transition to.
But trouble lies that its intensive course and lots of hands on work, and learning material-thus even it being around 10h and 2-3 days a week it will eventually lead to more hours of studying as time passes,as course goal is to pass exam which has less than 15% percent for error after years time to move into work experience and most likely getting job afterwards.

Thus any falls backs can hardly be afforded or skipped.

And today got visited by SW officer no reason explained, just asked for id and confirming who with i live,am i still looking for jobs, also mentioned being in college,as filled out back to education part time form, which was left at SW office, but they hadn't responded back, and officer asking same question did i get response.
Anyway he took details and where and what im studying and left saying we will get back to you

point being am i likely to get called to do JB from such visit ,or cut in JB allowance-since starting college im down close to 100e weekly on commuting alone.

IS your course in the evening or during the day?

Having done a number of SB courses they did not qualify for BTEA as they were part time.
I was able to get my benefit as normal as I was available for work during the day. Needless to say, with the amount of work to be done I didnt look for work.
I did get a job just after starting a Bsc (hons) and my grades suffered as there wasn't enough time in the day.

SB are hard work, often being a 2 year course condensed into 1.

its two evenings 5h each then one weekend per month 2-4h,but commute is another 3-4h.might seem not much, but extra study time needed will increase weekly since course has added certification this year thus making 1 course into two degrees to be gained.
Thus the worry ,since seems its only evening course etc,but considering amount to be learned its not much different from full time.
So i know that one can drop out if needed, but in future there's 0 chance to get back in.

You're right on the study making it full time but its the course hours SW look at.
Just don't tell them you're not looking for a job:)

If you quit you won't get another course.
    Stick it out.
    What course is it.

Job would be handy as in income, since as stated with expense's added its sub 100 thats left to cover rest of bills, but odd days and timing of college would present its own difficulties.anyway thx for responding, studying networking :).
