Signed up to elctric ireland 6 months ago and nothing has happened

    I signed up to Electric Ireland 6 months ago on behalf of my Uncle. I have sent on his payment details and the reference number I received was 10054577FY.


    the Esb have advised me that the have received no service alteration and reconnection order from you guys. 


    What do I have to do to get this to go ahead?

    We would require further details to be able to check into this for you.


    We need you to please send us a private message with the following details:
    • the full name on the account
    • the MPRN
    • the first line of the address
    • the contact number or date of birth
    We will only be able to assist if you are named as a contact on your uncle's account. If this is not the case, your uncle will need to contact us directly. We are available on Facebook and Twitter also.
