I've been approached to do some manual work on a church and church hall part of which includes painting the fascia board and soffit- not my usual line of work. It'll involve using a mobile elevating work platform.

The parish is affluent so it's not price sensitive.

No idea how long it's going to take - any ideas how much per hour to charge (labour only)? I usually get €40 plus p/h on small jobs but this could take two days.

    Thanks in advance

Whatever the usual going rate is charge it. If it's 40 p/h then quote that or if you need the work charge 35 an hour to make sure you get it.

    Simples :)
