    Well they haven't been able to.....hence im on the internet trying to get solution

    I'm not aware of the Chromecast issue I'm afraid but the support team would be able to assist you with any issues you have.

    Really Tracy? It's pretty well known...

    I spoke to support a number of times and beyond the usual "reset your router" and not knowing anything about the issue, they could offer nothing by way of assistance.


    I'm not aware of the Chromecast issue I'm afraid but the support team would be able to assist you with any issues you have.
