    Hi all,

I woke up and found out very little water coming out of the tab and toilet. The item in the picture is leaking water and stopped working.

Can you please tell me what it is and how can I get it replaced.

    Thank you in advance.

It's a shower pump. Get someone out to have a look at the pump before you change it

What you have is a Stuart Turner 2.0 Bar Brass Negative Head Pump.

Normally they leak from the mechanical seal located between the back of the brass pump body and the motor. But it could also be leaking from elsewhere.
They seals can be replaced, but its a fiddely job requiring a certain amount of dismantling of the pump unit.
Alternatively, you could have the pump replaced in its entirety, but that would be a lot more expensive than having the seals changed.
