bought one of these recently for €50 4gb ram 500hd i3 win 7 looks brandnew not a mark on it , is there anyway i can upgrade parts on it ? ie 8gb ram or usb 3.0 ports on it ? just to speed it up ?

Put a solid state drive in it,I dont think you will be able to get usb 3. for it
