    Did anyone else witness the old lady on the M50 this morning about 10.30.....it was at the south on-ramp at Blanchardstown....her car was in the hard shoulder but she was standing on the dotted white line on the road...:eek:.....i saw a blue van pulling in with his hazards on, the traffic was heavy and fast..i hope she was ok.....anyone else ..???
