Small sail boats on the Shannon in the city

    Anyone else see sail boats on the Shannon this morning? Crews seemed to be in costume with interesting flags on the masts. Didn't get a chance to stop for a photo. Anyone know if this is for an event or a rehearsal for one? Or just some people messing about in boats :)

    I think it might have something to do with a reenactment of the signing of the Treaty.

    Thanks :) Forgot about the Sarsfield day thing. I seem to remember last year there was a bit more fanfare/advertising.
