What to eat while out 7-7

I've just started college and including commute I'm out of the house from 7-7 and I'm struggling with figuring out what to eat to keep my energy levels up while not dragging a suitcase of food and having no facilities (and loosing weight while I'm at it!)

Any ideas for snacks/lunch ideas that are portable and filing?

    Thanks!

unfortunately my solution to this problem has been to drag a suitcase of food around with me. it's not that much i guess, large tupperware with rice, split peans, beans and beef and another with pasta, chicken and vegetables. some nuts and an apple in the bag as well.

you could try intermittent fasting, see if you take to it. quite a few people are able to get by (as well as work out) only eating from 12-8pm or 1-9, whatever 8 hour window they choose.. and only eating one or two large meals in the day

you could try make some protein bars at home, i've made similar ones before and they really are delicious and filling. i've ingredients whinging their way to me by courier next week to make them again
