    I have not received my water conservation grant letter yet.
    Todays post has been delivered in my area so there will be no more post until the strike is over.
    I am out of the country until Oct 11th. Will the deadline be extended because of the strike?

    Thank you for your query.

    The Water Conservation Grant letters are issued by the Department of Social Protection and is separate to Irish Water. We cannot advise as a time frame for when your letter will be delivered as it is under the remit of Department of Social Protection.

    We would advised contacting the Water Grant Support Team on 0761 087 890 or 1890 100 043 and a member of their team will be happy to assist you or click here for more information on the grant.
