If you can't pass the test, you shouldn't be driving.

You've done enough, just learn of the numbers, i.e. speed limit, stopping distances etc.

It's been awhile since I did a theory test, but the photo's need to be colour. I ogt caught out by that.

Yeah I know I'm pretty confident that I should. Most of it is kind of common sense if you've payed attention while driving by the looks of things :) those stopping distance questions are a pain. But I think I've mastered them now. Lol :)

Anyone know the quickest way about getting the provisional or learned permit as they call it?? Could I Send off for it maybe 3 days before I turn 17 so I'd have it asap ? How long does it usually take nowadays ?

You have to apply in person. You can't "send away" for it. If you submit your application before you are legally entitled to apply for it, I doubt if the application would be accepted. Your learner permit will be posted out to you. They should tell you at the NDLS centre when you should expect to receive it (as only they know the processing times) but about two weeks seems to be the average wait.
