Right2water/Right2change have called upon Irish Water to attend a public meeting in Limerick with regards Irish Water's plans to to insert Ortophosphate into the Water Supply. I have concerns with regards this development and would like to call on Irish Water this public meeting!!! There are real and genuine health concerns with regards this development!

Would you prefer something that's generally regarded as a safe food additive or lead in your water?

We are currently liaising with the relevant department in order to seek further clarification for this matter. We will revert back as soon as an update becomes available.

    Kind regards,
    Niall

Ultimately yes and that's the long term solution, but we need to be practical and think what's best in the short term. Ideally the pipes would be replaced tomorrow but realistically it's going to take hundreds of millions of Euro and the next 20 years to sort that out.

There is enough Chemicals in our Water Supply as it is. Have you seen the Chemical Safety Data Sheet on this stuff ?

Comparing concentrated quantities to parts per million in the supply eh? Anyway this isn't the place for this conversation...
