Most likely a ticket for driving without due care and attention, €80 & 3 points. As giving out tickets wouldn't be his normal duty, he may end up leaving you offf with a warning, if you don't have form for it.

If he believes you have really understood what you did wrong you may just get away with a ticket or less. Tbh, it's his call and we can only speculate.
