Should there be drips of water coming out the flu of my boiler, it's a room sealed boiler, there is a drain pipe coming out of the boiler and into a shore, if that's any help,

Yes it can happen but it shouldn't be much. Is the flue level, falling back to inside or falling to outside?

I would say the flu is more falling away from the house,
I'd have the water heating on for 40mins in the evening and there be at least a half a cup of water on the ground. It's a brand new system installed about a month ago and I don't have it on too much yet, but I reckon the dripping has only recently started, and its dripping onto a footpath which be a disaster when it freezes,

Post a pic of the end of the flue. Should be an easy fix. Installer should have no bother to coming to fix it.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"

Sorry Ronn but none of those pics are helpful. All they show is that the installer let the flue too long.
Take a pic from the side angle, where we can see if the flue is rising or falling as it exits the wall

Sorry maybe I'm not being clear. Go outside, and stand close to the wall. Take a pic of the flue so I can see it from the side. That way I'll know if it's rising or falling. Your level inside isn't parallel to the flue either

    `tis falling to outside.

Looks like you need to get the installer back to get the flue angled back to the boiler.

Running like this there is issues also:

    1. Water may track back down the outer flue pipe (air intake) and damage you boiler
    2. The boiler condensate trap may not prime, and depending on the installation of the condensate line, this may increase the risk of flue gas (and CO) entering the house
    3. You may invalidate your boiler warranty

Get you installer back. It's not correct.

Yes the flue Is falling horribly the wrong way. And cement job is disgraceful.
The way your level is positioned is incorrect as one side is sitting on a raised piece of plastic. Nevertheless the flue is completely wrong. I'd be getting a second, more competent installer to look at the entire job before you call this cowboy back, simply because if the original installer can't install a simple but critical part of the boiler correctly, then what else has he messed up on that you haven't noticed.

So water shouldn't be coming out the flu. I'll get onto my plumber, thanks again

Yes water shouldn't be coming out of the flue, same as the flue shouldn't be falling the wrong way and god knows what else he got arseways

So I take it the flu should fall back towards the boiler to allow the water to drain out the drain pipe,

Im responsible for the cement job, it's s pebble dashed wall that be painted, :-)

I found a leak under the bath and I was told that the glue in Chadwicks is ****€ and if the leak came again he'd get some glue from DPL, the list goes on.
    Thanks for your help,

    Thanks for your help,

The glue in chadwicks is perfectly fine if applied correctly. Seriously though I'd get somebody else in to give it a look over. It's worrying in this day and age when an installer can't install the simplest of things correctly.
