    Hi all
I hope some one can help me . I turned on the TV and free to air satellite box today it's not working it's saying it's not receiving a signal. I have tried retuning it and got my other half up on the roof to see if the wires are loose on the dish it self still no TV .
would anyone be able to give me some advice on what's wrong with it.

    Thanks in advance

Did you check the wires at the back of the box?

Are the wires in the other room connected to the wire from the dish?

Bring the box from your room down to see if that works on the connection, if it doesn't the issue is with the cabling either at the dish or where you connect it in to the box, could be that the f connector has become loose and the connection needs to be redone. Just make sure the cable has no been physically cut somewhere between tv and dish first so you are not wasting your time.

    Here's how to reconnect...

yes its wired from the same dish. It must be a problem with the wire running from the dish to sitting room as the box from the bed room is not working in sitting room
