I can't find a better forum for this, but in Cork it says not to stagger parking discs. What if you staggered two in street parking where there are lots of available spaces? Would it be risky or would it be let go?

What do you think? The parking time is paid for.

    What is meant by 'stagger'?

If it means don't display two discs at the same time or don't have one disc that comes into operation immediately after the current one expires, the n those should like reasonable rules and if you are breaking the rules you can be subject to enforcement action.
