This is wrecking my head.

In the second verse of this song, where Kanye is singing- who is doing the SUPER-creepy voice in the background, saying something like "we can run"?

Is it Paul?
Is it Rihanna?
Is it the sound of the shrieking souls of lost devil-children?

We're currently having an argument about this, so some kind of proof is probably needed if possible. All I've found online are theories and they're mostly conflicting!
