make old double glazing into glass house

I managed to get a few old tall double glazed units and patio doors that I'm planning on making into a glass house up against my garage. However the ground there drops about 70 to 80cm so I'd like some advice on options to build up to floor level, as cheaply as possibly of course. Rising walls with a timber floor or filling with hard core and making a concrete slab or something else?

Some other details - back wall will be hollow block with a 60cm return. Will probably hold the window frames between 4*2 treated timber and topped with 4*4s
Roof will be timber frame with twin wall poly carb on the front and either corrugated iron or box profile depending on what I can salvage on the north/back slope.

Happy to take any advice, criticism or opinion on board and will post up pics of build next spring when it gets out of the paper stage.

Pic to follow (can't attach from app)

Pic as promised. Back wall will be just left of window. Garage is 5m wide. One of the frames is sitting on the kerb, I don't know whether I'll leave it there or set it back 50cm or so to make it easier to dig foundations .
The glasshouse will be about 3.2m wide
