setting up a company advice- who?

    I need advice in setting up a company and allocating shares between various shareholders- is a solicitor or an accountant or who the best person to see about this?

    Either would do but accountants probably do this more often. So I'd suggest that you should see an accountant.

    lot of info free on cro.ie assuming you plan to register in Ireland. Also some info on revenue.ie concerning the rather onerous obligations which follow incorporation.
