Eircom Phonewatch Simon XT re program

    Just moved into new house which had Eircom phone watch.

    Trying to setup alarm to contact my mobile number.

    Managed to get the previous owners customer number.

    When I go to System programming and enter the customer number it just returns me to System programming menu, no new options.

    Also tried various combinations of the customer number but no joy.

    Wondering am I doing something wrong.

    Anyone any experience getting this working.

    You will need the engineer code not the customer number or user code.
    Unfortunately we are no longer allowed offer help with engineer codes on this forum.
