    Hi
I dropped my nexus 4 and screen is smashed and it won't respond to touch.
Anywhere cheap to buy a replacement or is it not worth it?

I ordered this one (although it was cheaper at the time). Looks to be an original one, although I have an issue where the touchscreen function does not work when I'm on a call (which makes the phone almost useless as I can't hang up when a call goes to voicemail, ends up costing me a load of credit. Not sure if this is a fault or problem with the way I fitted it.

You've covered the proximity sensor I'd say, easy mistake to make, I've done it tonnes of times.

Nexus 4 is an easy fix OP, I wouldn't be afraid of it, just make sure you get the full assembly, just a piece of glass is worthless to you.

Cheers. Any idea where to buy the full assembly?

Replacebase.co.uk are fairly sound, not cheap with the sterling exchange though.
