Samsung S5/S6 UPC Horizon

Hello,

Does anyone that have one of these phones and have UPC horizon have the IR remote working with the Horizon box?

Neither the S5 or S6 will control the Horizon box it works fine on the TV or Sky box, it did use to work.

What app do you use? I am using Peel.

That is true, and i use it but with Ir you don't have to wait for the remote to connect plus you also get to control the TV volume, was just handier to use and you get to use the IR on the phone.

I got this one recently as the one that came preinstalled called Peel wouldn't work with Horizon.

New one I got is called SURE. Not great looking UI but it works.

Peel works now. Don't select virgin select upc and it'll work. Works on my S6 edge
