    Hi,

I'm looking for a 10K in Munster weekend of October 17/18 ... that's pretty much the only weekend in October that suits.

Anyway, I've noticed that there's a 10K in Duagh on Saturday the 17th and in Tralee (Churchill GAA) on Sunday 18th. I can't find any information on the race terrain / gradient on either race's website and it looks like both could be new races. Anybody know which would be the fastest / flattest course?

    Thanks,
    super_freddie.

Can only speak for the Duagh 10k. Certainly isn't a pb course. It's a loop out of the village towards Abbeyfeale taking a right at the top of the hill, from here it's another 2k of gradual climbing to the flattest section. Flat for about a mile before turning right down into the village. Very fast section from there home. If they go the other way around that loop it could be pretty fast.
No idea about the churchill 10k.
