You could check the second hand garage/shop on the Old Blackrock Road opposite the South Infirmary. My Dad bought one there a few years ago.

Viking Direct were the cheapest I found when I was looking for filing cabinets a few years ago. They still sell much the same stuff and they'll deliver.
