We have a farm so we have to pay a bill for that and one for the house. Before Irish water there was one water meter  from which came the supply for the farm and for the house. This was fine as there was one bill from readings off this meter.

Then when Irish water came along to install a meter they just swapped out the old one. While I have no problem with two bills my problem is this. The council come along and read this meter and send me bill for the farm. But this includes water I'm using for the house which I am paying Irish water for. I cant go on a metered bill for Iris water because if they read the meter it will include the farm. When the meter was installed why was it not put on my domestic connection. I feel I can keep my bill smaller than the cap yet I don't have that option.
