Long story short, 20 year old brother, verbal abuse daily towards parents and other siblings, we all want him to leave. Is there anything legally we can do to kick him out?

    Thank you.

Maybe you should consider trying to help him and see what's the issue instead of making him a homeless statistic

Would an ultimatum work rather than kicking him out of the family home?

I'm not defending him by all means and I'm sure you've had you're fair share of helping him but rather than going to such extremes, give him a taste of his own medicine maybe?

Presumably, the house is owned or rented by the parents? If so anybody else is a licensee and the parents decide who stays or not.

Vicious little bastard. Call the Guards each time he gets abusive. Hit him with a barring order as soon as the Guards/ solicitor give the go ahead

Op, does your brother have any mental health issues? I've been through this and more with a mentally ill family member. Feel free to pm me if this is the case.

Don't tolerate that in your house get onto the guards and let him fend for himself, it might cop him on.
