Sub-letting a room

    Hi

    I am a home owner and going to sub let a room in my house. As far as I am aware I dont need to register with PRTB as I am going to be living in the house as well.

    Also I heard that I dont get the person to sign a lease but they should sign a licence. Is this true?

    Does anyone have any advice on what exactly I need to do when letting a room? I want to have some sort of official contract/agreement.
