    Dear Sir,

Can you advise when EFibre will be available in the new housing estate Coopers Wood on Chapel Road, Kinsealy?  A cabinet has been recently installed in the neighboring estate St Olaves.  I've just had to cancel my new subscription as I was told by Eir Sales Representative it was available in the Estate.  A Kedington Engineer yesterday told me it wasn't available in the Estate yet.....can you please advise when we can expect?

    Thanks for your assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Tim.

    Hi timc1

A launch date has not been agreed yet but indications would suggest that a timeframe of early to mid 2016 would be acurate at this stage. Apologies for the delays in getting back to you.
